Umkehrosmose-Wasserfiltersystem

Umkehrosmose-Wasserfiltersystem

Here's how it works:

1.   First, water passes through pre-filters to remove larger particles and suspended solids.

2.   Then, the water is pressurized and forced through a reverse osmosis membrane, which has very small pores that allow only water molecules to pass through while blocking impurities like dissolved solids and bacteria.

3.   The permeate (pure water) is separated from the impurities, and the waste water, containing the rejected impurities, is flushed away through a separate drain line.

4.   The purified water is stored in a storage tank and can be accessed when needed.

Reverse osmosis water filter systems effectively remove a large portion of dissolved substances, bacteria, and viruses, providing clean and pure drinking water.   However, it's important to note that the reverse osmosis process may also remove certain beneficial minerals from the water, so it may be necessary to consider adding mineral supplementation.
